I offer in person therapy and intensives in Scotts Valley, California

I work with older teens, typically age 13 and older. Book a consultation to see if we’d be a good fit.

$250 per 50-minute session.

$400 per 90-minute session during regularly scheduled weekly appointments, Monday through Thursday.

$450 per 90-minute session on weekends. (Subject to availability).

The total cost for a four and a half hour intensive on a weekend is $1350.

Our intake appointment includes a review of your history, your primary concerns, and what you’d like from therapy. Prior to our first appointment, you will complete an intake form and fill out some questionnaires to help guide the goals of treatment and to help get you where you want to be. We will review informed consent, including your rights to confidentiality, and I will answer any initial questions you may have.

Initially, I see clients once per week. Depending on your needs, we will likely continue sessions for a minimum of three months. We will continue to discuss your specific needs for ongoing therapy. Therapy looks different for each client.

If you would more focused and accelerated healing, intensives are a good option.

I do not accept insurance. I am considered an out of network provider.

Prior to our first appointment, you will be required to have a credit card on file. You can also pay via FSA (flexible spending account), or HSA (health savings account).

Please know that not all insurance plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network providers and some plans may have a deductible or an allowable amount.
