Everything you need to heal is already inside of you.

Specialized, trauma-informed therapy

Trauma Lives in the Body–And So Does Your Power

Maybe you’re showing up for your life– holding it all together, doing the work, even going to therapy– but something still feels stuck. You're managing on the outside, but inside, there’s anxiety, numbness, or pain that never quite resolves.

You’re not alone– and you’re not broken.

Sometimes talk therapy hits a wall because our minds try to make sense of things our bodies haven’t yet processed.

That’s where Brainspotting comes in.

Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-based therapy method

that helps you access and process unresolved trauma, stress, and emotional pain stored in the deeper regions of the brain and body.

Using eye position and attunement we bypass overthinking and go directly to the places that are holding the tension, fear, or hurt– without needing to retell every part of the story. These sessions are 1:1, in person, and focused. They can be a meaningful addition to ongoing therapy– or a starting point for something new.

  • Brainspotting is a brain-body therapy that helps access the deep parts of the brain where trauma, emotion, and memory are stored—beyond what talk therapy alone can reach.

Discovered by Dr. David Grand in 2003, Brainspotting is based on the idea that where you look affects how you feel. By holding your gaze on a “brainspot”—a specific eye position linked to emotional activation—you can process unresolved experiences and emotional blocks.

This method taps into the subcortical brain, where trauma lives—not just the thinking mind (prefrontal cortex). This allows your body to release what’s been stuck, often without needing to retell or reanalyze the story.

Brainspotting integrates well with nervous system regulation, polyvagal theory, and attachment-based approaches. It’s gentle, focused, and effective for a wide range of issues—from trauma and anxiety to performance blocks and chronic stress.

  • Brainspotting sessions are a little different from traditional talk therapy. They’re quieter, slower, and more focused on what’s happening inside your body than what’s happening in your mind.

We’ll start by identifying a topic or feeling you want to explore—this could be a recent trigger, a lingering emotional pattern, or something from the past that still affects you today. Using a pointer, I’ll guide you to find a “brainspot”—a place in your visual field that activates the emotional charge in your body.

Then, we let your brain and body do the work. You might feel waves of emotion, notice physical sensations, or experience insights as things begin to shift. You don’t need to talk the whole time—this is your space to be with whatever comes up, safely and gently.

I’m there with you every step of the way, helping you stay grounded, curious, and supported. We end each session by integrating what came up and making space for your nervous system to settle.

  • Brainspotting can help when you’ve tried everything else—and still feel stuck.

Because it works directly with the brain and body, it can reach emotional pain stored below conscious awareness. Many people find it especially helpful for:

    • Childhood trauma and attachment wounds

    • Anxiety, panic attacks, and chronic stress

    • Emotional numbness, shutdown, or dissociation

    • Negative core beliefs like “I’m not enough” or “I’m too much”

    • PTSD and complex trauma

    • Grief and loss

    • Narcissistic abuse recovery

    • Feeling disconnected from your body or emotions

Whether you’re navigating a specific issue or feeling overwhelmed without a clear “why,” Brainspotting helps bring clarity, relief, and deeper self-connection—so you can move through life with more ease and resilience.

together, we will:

explore WHAT’S BENEATH THE SURFACE.

Brainspotting allows us to go beyond what you already know– beyond the stories, logic, or coping skills– to the deeper emotional and neurological patterns that are holding you back. Whether you’ve experienced trauma, emotional neglect, or you’re simply burned out from holding it all together, this process helps create real movement and change.

IDENTIFY STUCK PATTERNS THAT TRADITIONAL TALK THERAPY CAN MISS.

Together, we’ll gently locate the emotional material stored in your body and nervous system– often tied to attachment wounds, unresolved grief, anxiety, or trauma responses. You don’t have to relive every memory. Instead, we’ll allow your brain and body to guide the healing process, safely and at your pace.

UNCOVER WHAT’S BEEN WAITING TO SHIFT.

Healing doesn’t have to be a long, drawn-out process. In these focused Brainspotting sessions, you may feel lighter, more grounded, or finally in touch with something you couldn’t access before. You’ll leave with more clarity, self-trust, and capacity to move through life on your own terms.

If you’re ready to…

Shift long-standing emotional blocks–without going in circles

Move past high-functioning survival and into real alignment

Process trauma and stress without rehashing every painful detail

Reconnect with your body, clarity, and sense of self

…Then Brainspotting might be a supportive next step.
