Heal, Grow, and Break Free from the Past

Are you carrying the weight of childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, burnout, or chronic stress?

Do you find yourself stuck in unhealthy relationship cycles, or feeling lost in the roles you play for others—personally or professionally? Whether you’re a working professional, a caregiver, or even a fellow mental health provider, you don’t have to navigate this alone.

I’m Erin—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified Brainspotting therapist serving California and Oregon. I specialize in trauma therapy for those who are ready to reconnect with themselves, heal past wounds, and reclaim a life that feels authentic, grounded, and whole.

How I work

I know that deep healing takes courage.

Therapy with me is not just about symptom relief—it’s about uncovering and transforming the patterns that keep you stuck. My approach is holistic, warm, and collaborative. Together, we explore the root causes of what’s keeping you from living fully—so you can finally shift from survival mode to empowered living.

Clients often tell me that I “get it.” And that’s because I do—I’ve been in the client’s seat myself. My own lived experience informs the safe and compassionate space I create for my clients.

With advanced training in Brainspotting, trauma recovery, narcissistic abuse, and nervous system regulation, I help you:

  • Heal from childhood trauma and attachment wounds

  • Recover from narcissistic abuse and toxic dynamics

  • Process grief and complex loss

  • Move through burnout and chronic stress

  • Build self-trust, mindfulness, and compassionate boundaries

Brainspotting: Deep Healing Beyond Talk Therapy

You don’t have to talk your way through every trauma to heal.

Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-based therapy that helps access, process, and release stored emotional pain. It works by identifying a “brainspot” in your visual field linked to unresolved trauma or emotional blocks. Using this method, we can access deep parts of the brain that traditional talk therapy may not reach.

I offer Brainspotting intensives as well as weekly sessions.

I also work closely with a trusted network of practitioners in Santa Cruz County to provide comprehensive, wraparound support.

Trauma is not what happens to you, trauma is what happens inside you as a result of what happens to you
